“Bring Me The Horizon”

Bring me the horizon,

— flashes of lucidity.

Something otherworldly, yet beautiful, as we seem to avail separating ordinary life from the mystical realm.

If I find myself with a desire that no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world.

This intense yearning is the soul’s homesickness for heaven.

Strongly —

— sleep,

— melancholy.

A longing in the heart for something once cherished that’s lost, but not forgotten.

An aching feeling of incompleteness as something essential is missing, or a dream unfulfilled.

Made from the ashes of stars whose fires have burned out billions of years ago, that’s why we feel compelled to explore the starry sky.

Driven by an innate yearning to know our true ancestral home.

Guided by only a faint primal memory that we can’t articulate or fully comprehend.

Atoms trapped temporarily in bodies, longing to be free to return to their birthplace:

—the stars.
